When Will My Item(s) Ship? All of our artworks ship with UPS Ground and generally ship within 48 hours of order.
Is Expedited Shipping of My Order Available? In some circumstances, yes! Please give us a call at (206) 288-3615 with your request. We will do our best to help you.
Which Shipping Carrier Does Pure Art Online Use? We ship with UPS.
Does Pure Art Online ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, or to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska? At this time we do not ship to any of these locations.
Do you ship internationally? We ship to any country or destination as long as a container is ordered. Smaller orders can only be shipped to the continental USA and Canada. International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
ABOUT THE ART WORK
Will the colors be exactly as shown on the item page? All our artworks are made by hand and the colors are mixed by the artist on the actual artwork creating a slightly different and unique piece each time. Because this is not a mass produced item colors and designs may vary slightly from the image shown.*Colors may vary due to individual PC, laptop, phone or tablet screen settings and Pure Art cannot guarantee an absolute color match with the artwork item page.
Can I hang my new artwork outside? Our artworks are intended for internal use but many customers do hang them outside. We would advise coating with a clear all-weather lacquer, available from all good hardware stores, prior to hanging outside. *Colors may fade if exposed o direct sunlight.
HOW TO HANG
How do I bend the brackets on the back of the artwork? Brackets need to be bent at 90 degrees twice to create an “n” shape. This holds the artwork approximately 1” off the wall and gives the pieces depth. Please see the link to our hanging video below for further instructions: Link to Video with Hanging Instructions
Do you provide spare hanging templates? Hanging templates are available upon request please message us with your order number and details of the type of artwork you have purchased including the number of panels. Please also include your address for us to post the template to.
How do I hang my artwork? Our artworks have been designed for ease of hanging and we have produced a video to show you each step of the process. You can access the video from the this link: Link to Video with Hanging Instructions
Can I hang my artwork vertically or horizontally? Artworks are designed to be hung as depicted in the item details page but the brackets provided with each piece can be used to hang the item in the other direction. *Please note the template provided with the artwork will only work for the direction depicted on the item page to hang in another direction you will need to mark out your wall and hang without a template.
What is the best position for my new artwork? We recommend hanging artworks in a well lit bright position but avoiding direct sunlight which can fade colors. To get the best from your new piece we recommend enhancing with spot or track lighting available from all good lighting or hardware stores. * Top tip: Some Pure Art customers change their spot light bulb colors to give new dimensions to their artworks.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND DAMAGED ITEMS
What is your return policy? A refund may be issued for artworks that are returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date. The cost of shipping is deducted from all refunds including 10% restocking fee. We often make reasonable exception so contact us and we will try to help.
What if an order is damaged upon arrival? We take a great deal of care in the packaging of all artworks, so that the probability of damage is greatly reduced. If this happens, please send us a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.Do you offer exchanges? Your artwork can be returned or exchanged within 30 days on our standard return policy. Outside of the 30 day period artworks may be exchanged by request if they are in “as new” condition, have not been hung and are still in their original packaging without the brackets being bent. Pure Art reserves the right to refuse exchanges upon receipt of the returned item outside of the 30 day period if it is received in an not “as new” condition.
Do you do custom designs? Currently we only offer this service for trade inquiries with a minimum purchase volume of 20 pieces per design. Details available upon request.
Can I submit a design for your to produce and sell? Absolutely, contact us for details.
Can I buy wholesale? Absolutely, contact us for purchases of 12 pcs or more (can be a mix of designs). You must have resale certificate.
